BMX Guru offers the following Returns Policy:

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. 

Defective or broken products must be returned to manufacturer for warranty claims. For manufacturer contact information, please email bmxguru6302@hotmail.com or call 517-458-6302. Products are not warranted against improper installation or use. 

BMX Guru reccommends that all parts be installed by a qualified bicycle mechanic, not a gorilla with a pipe wrench.
