This is a NEW 20" wheelset (one front and one rear). The rims are Blue Anodized XLC Y303's. The hubs are black XLC Alloy Loose Ball with 3/8" Axles F&R and the rear is a Freewheel which will work with 16t and larger freewheels (not included). The 36 spokes are Black w/ Chrome nipples.
