This is a NEW 24" Rear wheel. The rim is a Chrome Plated Steel rim that is similar in appearance to a 7X. The hub is a KT Coaster Brake w/ an 18t cog included. The spokes are UCP steel and the wheel is 36h. 24x1.5 through 2.125 tires will fit. This is a great replacement wheel.
