This is a NEW 20" Rear wheel. The rim is a black aluminum Mach 1 rim. The hub is a polished GT Mohawk hub with loose ball bearings. The spokes are stainless steel and the wheel is 28h and is built 3X. 20x1.5 through 2.125 tires will fit. This is a great replacement wheel.
