This is a NEW threaded 1" Fork in chrome. This fork has a 1" Threaded steer tube that is 5 3/8" long and threaded approx 1 5/8" and works with 21.1mm stems. It has classic 3/8 dropouts and it is TIG welded steel construction. This for will work on most frames that have a 4" headtube.
